Austin Museum Day – “District Docs” Screening

Austin Museum Day is this Sunday, September 18. Over 35 institutions are participating in the 19th annual Austin Museum Day. Plan your day with the mobile guide available at or by downloading the Austin Museum Partnership app from iTunes and Google Play.

Be sure to include the AHC in your plans and come by for our film screening at 2PM of a series of mini documentaries produced by Six Square Austin's Black Cultural District, "District Docs."
From the Six Square website, "Six Square partners with schools located in the heart of the District to share intergenerational knowledge between students and older community members. We work with historic Huston Tillotson University - the District's intellectual anchor institution-to center intellectual inquiry and the values of knowledgea in service to community."
